There are many types of manicure, and above all, it is necessary to determine which one suits you the most.
The procedure of the classic manicure includes the removal of the cuticle with metal tweezers or sharp nail scissors. A cropped manicure is suitable for owners of coarse and thick cuticles. This species is the most traumatic. By negligence you can get hurt, cut off too much skin. Because of this, inflammation may occur, and the cuticle will block more and begin to grow more intensively.
Uncut (European)
This type of manicure provides for the removal of the cuticle with the help of a special tool based on mild acids (lactic and fruit). Unedged manicure is suitable for women with thin and delicate skin of hands. The tool dissolves the cuticle painlessly and delicately.

The whole process takes much less time than with a classic manicure. However, this method of removing the cuticle is not suitable for owners of sensitive skin, since allergy may occur to the components of the product.
French manicure

Provides for the coating of the nail plate with white or colored lacquer, starting from the middle, with further fixing by means of transparent varnish. This type of manicure is in demand and popular, because it makes marigold feminine and elegant.
Japanese manicure
Provides for the use of natural ingredients. With the help of a diagnostic table, the condition of the nails is analyzed, then funds are selected and applied in a certain sequence. Having processed the cuticle, the marigolds are degreased with a special compound and give the shape of a suede nail file. Next, polish with a leather polishing unit and cover with medical paste. In the end, they create a protective barrier, which is based on beeswax, and is treated with serum, guided by the table. Japanese manicure - a way to restore weakened nails.
Manicure Shellac
It is reduced to a covering a special varnish. Initially Shellac is applied to the nails, and after drying, under an ultraviolet lamp, painting with a certain color is carried out and a protective layer is provided. The duration of the procedure is half an hour, and the manicure lasts for three weeks. Shellac like fans of street fashion.
Hot manicure
Technique manicure involves the use of heated cream or oil. Recommended for people with damaged skin. In a special electric container, cream or butter is heated to 50 degrees, then hands are placed in it for half an hour. The technique strengthens the nails, moisturizes the skin, slows the growth of the cuticle and accelerates the healing of cracks. The only drawback of hot manicure is the cost.
Hardware manicure
Perform through special equipment. This manicure is suitable for artificial and natural nails in need of alignment or correction. The execution technique is based on the use of rotating nozzles.

What do you need for work? Orange nail sticks or nail pad, two nail files (below), nippers or cuticle scissors (with curved cutting edges), cuticle softener, cuticle oil, cosmetic salt or bath soap. Also do not forget about the base under the varnish. Choose some bright lacquer (color manicure is one of the main spring fashion trends), a fixative, nourishing hand cream, nail polish remover and antibacterial agent. Now - for the cause.
Disinfect hands and instruments before proceeding with the procedure. If necessary, remove nail polish residues with an acetone-free product (more gentle). Next, you need to give shape to the nails and it is better to do it with a nail file: with a cut manicure, the nails are often stratified. Choose a nail file for natural nails with low abrasiveness (surface roughness), for example, on a paper base with emery chips. The shape of the nails is usually determined by the cuticle growth, which mirrors the edge of the nail (round - round edge, square - square).
Further, the surface of the nails is polished with a buff (four-sided file with high abrasiveness), the keratinous skin around is cleaned off.

After a spatula, or rather an orange tree stick (the wood is very soft, contains a large amount of essential oils that are antiseptics) move the cuticle back, apply a softening agent on it.
Now make a bath (for a few minutes) for hands with warm water and cosmetic salt or just soapy water. The cuticle softens even more, and the hands - rest.
After water procedures, massage your fingers, hands, rubbing cream into them.
Nippers or scissors gently cut the cuticle. The cut should go in a smooth line, not jerking, so as not to damage the skin. If a wound does appear, treat it with a disinfectant.
Now apply to the treated area cuticle oil, which does not allow it to be rough. After all the caring procedures, it is necessary to degrease the nails with a nail polish remover so that the manicure is smooth and neat.
Apply on the base of nails under the varnish. It levels the surface of the nail plate, protects it from yellowing when using colored lacquers, heals, strengthens. Immediately after applying the base, use color varnish to cover. It is necessary to start painting from the cuticle to the free edge of the nail. Try to do it quickly (so that the varnish does not dry out). Cover your nails with colored lacquer in two layers - for saturation of tone. If the lacquer gets on the skin, it is easier to remove it with a correction pencil, which is filled with acetone-based liquid.
Now cover the nails with a fixer, due to which the lacquer lasts much longer, and the nails themselves become glossy.

Unfortunately, performing manicure yourself, you can do some manipulations incorrectly. After 1-2 procedures, nothing terrible will happen, however, if you regularly repeat mistakes, the condition of your nails will begin to worsen considerably.
Nail polishing is too active. Yes, after hard polishing the nail plate looks great. However, it is worth remembering that this procedure can be carried out no more than 1-2 times a month. Otherwise, you will gradually thin your nails: it will be imperceptible externally, but after 10-12 months you will encounter fragility, exfoliation and fragility of the nail plate.

Permanent cutting length with the help of scissors. It is believed that it is enough to stop trimming the nails to get rid of their exfoliation. The fact is that with scissors you damage the edge of the nail and unnaturally bend the plate itself. That is why it is recommended to cut the growing length, and not to trim.
Cutting of the coarsened skin on the okolonogtevy roller. Ideally, these areas of the fingers should be polished with a file, and then nourished with cream or oil. Otherwise, after such an independent manicure, the roller may begin to dry, coarse and crack.
